Townhome I3 is a newly built townhome at Rocky Point that combines classic Adirondack character with a clean, modern finish. It has four sleeping spaces, three full en-suite spa bathrooms and an open layout. It's a comfortable home base for a family getaway or a weekend with friends.

Gather in the great room around the stone wood-burning fireplace, or spend time in the custom kitchen. It has granite countertops, a generous island, stainless steel appliances and a hospitality bar. Hardwood floors, custom cedar accents, central air, a washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs and TREX decks round out the home.

The bedrooms are spread out for privacy. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. On the second floor, the primary suite and the guest suite each have a king bed and a private bathroom, with claw-foot soaking tubs in two of the baths. The third-floor loft has another queen bed, which makes a cozy hideaway for reading or an afternoon nap.

Rocky Point's amenities are part of the stay: a 1,500-foot private sandy beach, an indoor pool and spa, three tennis courts, a beach volleyball court and an island gazebo with a wood-burning fireplace. Inlet is a short walk away, with local shops, restaurants, mini golf and a favorite ice cream stand. In winter, the area becomes a base for skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the "Snowmobiling Capital of the East."
