Townhome I2 is new construction at Rocky Point, finished with care for guests who want a true Adirondack lake home with modern comforts. Four sleeping areas, four full bathrooms and a full walkout lower level give everyone their own space, while the main living areas keep the group together.

The heart of the home is the great room, where a stone wood-burning fireplace sets the tone on cool mountain evenings. The chef's kitchen has a large quartz island, stainless steel appliances and a hospitality bar for morning coffee or evening drinks. Hardwood floors, custom cedar details and central air carry through every level, and TREX decks give you a place to take in the fresh air.

The full walkout lower level is a big part of what makes I2 special. It has a spacious entertainment area, an additional full bathroom and a full laundry room, which comes in handy on longer stays or after a day at the beach.

Step outside to Rocky Point's 1,500-foot sandy beach, three tennis courts, beach volleyball, an indoor pool and spa, and an island gazebo with a wood-burning fireplace. In winter, McCauley Mountain skiing, cross-country trails at Fern Park and 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails are all close by. Downtown Inlet's restaurants and shops are just a stroll away.
