Townhome I1

Be one of the first guests to stay in Townhome I1, a brand-new luxury townhome at Rocky Point on 4th Lake. It's built for families and groups who want room to spread out. There are four sleeping areas across four levels, four full bathrooms, and a full walkout lower level made for relaxing after a day on the water.

The main floor centers on an open great room with a stone wood-burning fireplace. The custom gourmet kitchen has quartz countertops, a large island, stainless steel appliances and a hospitality bar, so cooking for a crowd is easy. A first-floor guest bedroom with a queen bed is a good fit for grandparents or anyone who would rather skip the stairs.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed and a private spa bathroom. The second-floor guest suite also has a king bed and its own en-suite bath, and two of the bathrooms include claw-foot soaking tubs. The third-floor loft has a queen bed and a quiet spot away from the main living areas.

The walkout lower level adds a large entertainment space, a fourth full bathroom and a full laundry room. It works well as a game room, a place for kids to hang out, or a spot for movie night. You'll also find custom cedar accents, hardwood floors, central air, flat-screen TVs and TREX decks throughout the home.

Rocky Point guests have access to a 1,500-foot sandy beach, three tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, an island gazebo with a wood-burning fireplace, and an indoor pool and spa. The Hamlet of Inlet is a short walk away, with shops, restaurants, mini golf, an ice cream stand and a library.
